Victoria Dress

Loose-fitting easy breezy dress in super soft block printed cotton. The dress has a unique pattern 2″ panel of twisted pin tucks on the front, back, and shoulders. Calf length, deep V-Neck, it has long 3/4-length sleeves, and the body of the dress flares after the pin tucks.
