The Terms and Condition apply to all agreements that a buyer (Consumers and/or Retailers) enters with La Chic Trends (aka La Chic).
La Chic Trends is a wholesale business that caters to two types of customers: Consumer Customers and Retailers (Wholesale customers). These Terms and Conditions, Order Processing, Shipping, and Returns are stated keeping the Consumer customers in mind, however, they also apply to Wholesale customers along with more in-depth particularly drafted for them in the Wholesale link.
We reserve the right for any misprints, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations as well as any final sales. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. Any recommendations are recommendations based on only personal views. We work to make our photos as representative as possible and in line with reality. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the product’s true appearance. We are not responsible for any information on the Website that comes from third parties.
Your contact information will only be viewed and processed by La Chic Trends. Your contact details will never be sold or otherwise disseminated to third parties without your approval.
All goods that are marketed and presented in the online store are in stock (unless otherwise stated). Stock status is constantly updated, and we reserve ourselves for minor deviations.
We and our affiliates own the site and its content. The information is protected including through intellectual property and market law. This means that brand, company name, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used.
For any discrepancy in the order, please try to get it resolved with us first. We are here to listen to you, understand your point of view, and will try our best to accommodate all your requests.
ORDERS PROCESSING
You are abiding by the Terms and Conditions for all the purchases made through the website.
When you place an order with La Chic you are entering into binding terms with La Chic. You accept you will be liable for all the payments corresponding to the total amount of the order. Once the order is placed a confirmation is sent from La Chic to your e-mail that you provide, which also serves as proof of guarantee that full payment is received and our promise to deliver your order.
La Chic reserves the right to deviate from the final delivery in cases where the stock balance is affected by multiple ordering at the same time. Purchase Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
You are purchasing a beautifully handcrafted, uniquely dyed garment. There will be irregularities due to this process. These irregularities are natural characteristics due to the handcrafted techniques and these should be considered as its natural authenticity. In the process, each piece goes through several points of inspection, to guarantee its quality, precision, and authenticity before being packed for export to us.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us specifying all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, we will aim to fulfill it within 2 business days.
You can make changes to your order, including cancellation within 48 hours after it is placed. After that, the order becomes a confirmed order, nonrefundable. Please refer to Returns for more details.
