SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm PST. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items.
Our prices are FOB Cerritos, CA 90703. Shipping times and charges will vary depending on your location. You are responsible for shipping cost to you with the option as requested by you. All normal orders will be shipped ground.
Please keep in mind that the transit times of the shipped items depend on the carrier. Any delay in delivery will be due to their condition. Your failed payment approval will further delay the shipping also.
Orders addressed to a PO box may not be fulfilled or may encounter an additional delay.
SALES TAX: For all consumer orders, sales tax will be calculated upon checkout and will be added to orders.

RETURN PROCESS FOR CONSUMER ORDERS
Returns are accepted with prior authorization only. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Service at cs@lachictrends.com and let us know the reason for the return/exchange.
Returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt of merchandise if you are not totally satisfied with your order.
Refunds are honored on merchandise having manufacturing defects.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with the original tag attached and in the original packaging.
Please take care when trying on your purchases. Items must be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled by your makeup or your hair products while slipping the items over your head and face.
Return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return we will contact you via email with the status of your refund.
We will refund your purchase once we receive the merchandise and are in compliance with the return policies, however, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the merchandise returned to us.
Refunds are typically processed 3-5 working days after we receive the return. Once your return has been checked in, please allow another 3-5 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges at our discretion.
Final Sale, Warehouse Sale, and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange your item/s within 2 days of receipt of merchandise if you are not totally satisfied with your order.
We are happy to offer free exchanges on eligible items. Our Returns Portal allows customers to exchange any items in their order for a new size, color, or alternate item.
Exchanges are also allowed on returned merchandise for the amount as credit minus the shipping cost.
If you choose, we can issue your refund as La Chic credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
Once you have requested your exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent once your return package is received by us. Be sure to send back your return quickly to ensure your new order does not go out of stock. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when your new items have shipped.
La Chic reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
